The length of time a persistent cookie stays on your device varies between Cookies, depending on their functionality. They may be set up by us (first-party cookies) or by third-party providers who work with us (third-party cookies). Please note that our access to and control over such third-party cookies, beyond the scope of our Sites, is limited and subject to such other websites, services and providers’ own terms and policies.

You are not legally required to accept all cookies when visiting our website and you may choose to disable them at your discretion, depending on your location and activities on the Sites. However, without cookies, we may not be able to provide you with the best user experience, and you may not receive a more personalized browsing experience. Certain cookies collect information defined as personal data (or personal information) under data protection laws, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We use cookies to help our Sites work more efficiently, and to gain information about your interactions with them.

We use functional, analytics, and performance cookies to monitor, study and analyze the use of our Sites. This helps us assess how we may improve individuals’ user experience and the overall performance of our Sites, as well as explore and pursue growth opportunities by facilitating a stronger local presence and tailored experiences.

We use advertising cookies to facilitate and optimize our marketing campaigns, ad management and sales operations. These cookies help manage and deliver advertisements for our products and offerings more effectively, including on other websites and applications.

We may combine non-personally identifiable information collected through cookies with personal data we have about you to improve your user experience (for example, to tell us who you are or whether you already have an account with us).

We may also supplement the information we collect from you with information received from third parties. This is done to enhance our Sites or offer you information that we believe may be of interest to you. Where we use cookies to collect information that is personally identifiable or that can become personally identifiable if combined with other information, our Privacy Policy will apply in addition to this Cookie Policy.

HOW CAN YOU OPT-OUT OF SALE/SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Under some US data protection laws, like the CCPA our disclosure of certain internet activity and device information to third parties through cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do so in pursuit of the business and commercial purposes described above.

For the purposes of the CCPA, in the last 12 months, we have “shared” internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, and commercial information with our analytics and advertising partners. Nucleai has not knowingly sold or shared the personal information of individuals under the age of 16.

You may opt out of all cookies that may result in a “sale” and/or “sharing” of your personal information in the following ways:

  • Click the “Consent Preferences” widget (available in the lower left-hand corner of our website), check the box next to “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal information,” then click the “Save My Preferences” button.

Please note: If you visit us from a different device or browser, or clear cookies, then you need to return to this screen to re-select your preferences.

  • Set the Global Privacy Control (GPC) for each participating browser system that you use to opt out of the use of third-party Advertising or other cookies (instructions on how to download and use GPC are available here).

DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Certain web browsers may transmit “Do Not Track” signals to websites with which the browser communicates. However, due to differences in how web browsers interpret this feature and send those signals, and lack of standardization, we do not change our practices in response to such “Do Not Track” signals.  However, most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or to block or remove cookies altogether. To learn more about “Do Not Track” signals, you can visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
